Accounts Assistant - Reading - £25,000 - £27,000 per annum The company A thriving and dynamic business based in Reading, Thanks to a fast-track progression structure this supportive business require an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The role This outstanding business is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of transactional finance, reporting into the Finance Manager your duties would include: Management of accounts payable function: Match, Batch and coding of multi-currency invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Resolution of internal and external supplier queries Weekly payment runs Management of accounts receivable functions: Posting of multi-currency sales invoices Bank reconciliations Chasing of outstanding debt via telephone & email Cash posting Processing of employee expenses Supporting with P& L analysis and financial reporting Assisting with month end duties (accruals & pre payments) Ad-hoc duties as requested by the finance manager What you'll need to be successful With experience already gained and having already worked in a similar role you will have experience in the above duties.
