Assistant Manager - Revolution Bars - Revolution Liverpool Albert Dock Salary £24,000 Bonus Revolution Bars Group are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join the team. Ideally you will have controlled sales volumes of over 15k and had experiences within the food side of the business. You must have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards. Situated on the stunning Royal Albert Dock, the venue boasts a beautiful restaurant and mezzanine level with it's own waterfront terrace. The venue itself is the companies top taking food site, with overall revenues exceeding 70k over the summer months. With Christmas being another big opportunity here with a lot of pre-booked revenue to deliver and hosting some of Liverpool's biggest corporate bookings, it's a great place to work The ideal candidate would be experienced in both wet and dry sales and would be given a personalised development plan to achieve KPIs.
