Are you a highly motivated psychology graduate looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our friendly brain injury rehabilitation team at Redford Court, Liverpool on a full-time, 12 month FTC basis. Our clinical expertise and high staff-to-service user ratios allow us to offer exceptional levels of care and support for people with challenging behaviour and complex needs. What's the job like? As an Assistant Psychologist, your role will include: * Reporting to and liaising with the Consultant Clinical Psychologist and clinical team * Behavioural monitoring with observations, data gathering and analysis * Producing behavioural and emotional progress reports for review meetings * Supporting individual service users with weekly meetings and specific activities Who are we looking for? We need someone with the following skills and qualities: * Upper Second Class Honors Degree (2:1) or higher in psychology or equivalent * Eligibility for BPS (British Psychological Society) graduate registration * Ability to present and teach others * Ability to work independently and reliably * Experience of working with adults with complex disabilities Hours: 35 Hours a week Benefits include: * Salary of 18,813 * 33 days holiday including bank holidays * Group Life assurance * Employer pension contribution * Eye voucher scheme * Long service and staff awards * Nationwide staff benefits such as Perk Box and discounted gym membership.
