Deputy / Assistant General Manager - Marlow- Salary up to £32,000 I'm looking for a complete superstar Assistant General Manager / Deputy Manager to join the team in their Marlow Restaurant. You will be a sassy, energetic and passionate character with a natural ability to lead and motivate a team. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and able to multi task, work well under pressure and run a tight ship In order to apply for this position, applicants must: Be from a full-service restaurant, Foodie pub or hotel ideally but not essentially branded at senior assistant or deputy manager level; Have stable and progressive career path; Be able to demonstrate a workable knowledge of the financial side of the business, to include the P&L, stock control and labour; Ideally be in possession of a personal licence.
