Overview
Established and successful consultancy firm a seeking a professional and immediately available credit controller to support the credit team for an initial period of 1 month due to sick leave. This role will be paying a competitive hourly rate and will require candidates to start immediately. Client Details Our client is a well respected businesses located in Aztec West, North Bristol with an enviable reputation amongst it's competitors. Providing on site parking our client offers a friendly, yet professional working environment alongside lovely, recently renovated offices. Description As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for your allocated ledger, ensuring any aged debt is chased and retrieved via phone and email. You will be working closely with the Credit Control Manager, in collecting aged debt, negotiating payment terms, setting up payment plans and escalating any outstanding issues. Profile To be a successful Credit Controller you will need to demonstrate proven Credit Control experience, handling real life customers; resolving queries, retrieving aged debts and working to targets. You will need to be passionate about achieving goals and meeting deadlines, doing whatever you can to complete tasks. You will also need to be a great communicator over the phone, in person and over emails.
