Overview
Robert Half are partnering exclusively with one of Bristol's fastest growing businesses and they are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their business on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and energetic credit control team. Role: Credit Controller Duration: Temporary Ongoing Salary: £22,000 - £24 ,000 Location: Bristol Reporting into the Credit Supervisor you will take on responsibility for the organisations Credit Control: Receives incoming cash either by cheque or BACS, and processes cash onto the system Monitors overdue payments by use of the Sales Ledger Chase payments via phone, fax and email Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records Makes adjustments, handles queries and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy Handles disputed accounts and negotiates to bring payment into line with terms Ad hoc administrative duties To be considered you will need the following skills and experience: Strong experience in Credit Control Must be well organised and able to prioritise workloads accordingly Work well as part of a team Confident telephone manner This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading UK Business - they have brand new offices which are vibrant and really impressive For more information on this role please get in touch with Ben Williams on Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
