Overview
IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER IT Infrastructure Manager - £45-50,000 - Rochester, Kent Atlas Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a national manufacturing and distribution company to find a hands-on Infrastructure Manager for their Rochester site. My client are open to people from a technical background looking to move into management as well as a hands on professional currently managing staff. This is a broad role as you will be responsible for looking after their Networks, Servers, Backups, Telephone systems, Applications, Security and Systems. Key Requirements: - Drive continuous improvement, implementing, supporting and managing all systems to ensure critical 24-7 production operation. Hands on leadership whilst managing and mentoring IT professionals within the team. Managing technical projects from initial briefing through to delivery. Work with 3rd party suppliers, preparing service review contracts and managing service provider relationships. Ensure escalated service requests are resolved and service level agreements are met. Ensure Network security is maintained. Configure and maintain Network hardware and Servers, DNS, DHCP, switching, routing, VPNS and Hardware: - Intel Servers, Windows/Apple systems, Laptops, Managed switches, VPN/Remote Access, Tablets, Ruckus Wireless Networks, Cat 5/6/Gigabit Fibre, Mobile phones, Mitel VoIP systems, CCTV Application Software: - Axapta MS Dynamics, Dynamics CRM, MS Office, Sophos Web Appliance, VNC Viewer, MS SQL scripting & DBA, ArcServe Operating/Server Systems: - Active Directory, MS Windows 7/8/10, Apple OS, Terminal Services, MS Exchange, SCADA As an IT Infrastructure Manager working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £45-50,000.
