Overview
We are looking for Quality Controller with: - previous food handling experience within a manufacturing environment, - intermediate certificate in Food Hygiene, - an understanding of HACCP principles, - numerate and literate and able to follow instructions, - ability to work on own initiate individually as well as part of a team, - basic IT skills, - flexibility to cover different shift patterns as required to cover absence/holiday and overtime as required. Work pattern: 6.00am-18.00pm Monday to Thursday and 6.00am-12.30pm on a Friday. Full in house training will be provided. As a Quality Controller you will have to ensure the product leaves the site according to it specification, to efficiently carry out any assigned task or duty, to be flexible when required for the good of the business and the team and to understand and contribute to achieving the goals of the business.
