Contracts Manager - Prime / High-End - Residential £65-75,000 - London Our client is a well established London contractor working in the High End Prime residential market. Established over 10 years ago, they have a long standing history of successful project delivery, with a focus on Refurb including significant structural alternations/extensions, and bespoke New Build. They have a need for a Contracts/Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from £5-10M, coordinating with client and key stakeholders as well as managing the Site Managers. You will also be taking the lead on 2 prestigious Prime Residential projects with structural alterations, a basement expansion and luxury interiors in SW London, starting on site in a month. You will have: Significant relevant experience in the London High End residential market. Both Refurb and New Build. The ability to manage multiple sites and projects teams, keeping projects on schedule, within budget. Client liaison skills, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and delivered.
