Overview
General practice surveyor, 3 months contract overseeing an interesting commercial property portfolio. Needed General practice surveyor for a large international property consultancy. Your new company An exciting opportunity to work for a global leader in commercial estate services here in Birmingham. Your new role A successful candidate will hit the ground running as the placement is 3 months covering a period of sickness. The position will cover general day to day duties to look after a large portfolio of commercial properties. the role would include liaising with tenants, service charges, rent collection, general estate management, leases, client relationship management, delivering high quality reports, health and safety assessments, contractor management and complaints etc. What you'll need to succeed Significant experience managing a varied property portfolio including retail single and multi tenancy, investment portfolios and flag ship buildings would be essential. The best candidate will have commercial awareness of the current market and would settle in a team quickly and easily. What you'll get in return In return there will be secured work for 3 months, with an opportunity to work on a large commercial property portfolio, with excellent day rates available.
