Overview

Are you a Revit using Mid-Senior level Architectural Technician who may be looking for a new start in a reputable practice in the heart of Nottingham? After meeting with my client yesterday, I was able to understand their exact requirements of who they are looking for, and having recently landed a very large student accommodation project in the West Midlands - they are requiring various professionals at different levels. They will be making their new website live next week and they'll also be moving into a new office come March time. Currently they are a team of 13, with the capacity to take on at least 3 new members of staff. The team is made up of 2 main directors and then 10 Architects as well as one Technician. They are happy to look at prospective candidates outside of Nottingham, with their being more likelihood on having a phone interview initially if you did live further a field. If you are successful following this, you'd then be invited for a face-to-face. They are also considering Revit Technicians on a contractual basis that can potentially relieve some of the immediate pressure on the current team. Salary/ Rates on offer would be up to circa £35k PA and the contract rate would be roughy up to £20ph LTD Co. What they are requiring:- - A hardworking, passionate Technician that has the right attitude and ambition to progress within their company. - A person with a decent amount of Revit proficiency and have had the chance to use on live projects. - Someone with a conscious mind for sustainability. - Ideally someone with project familiarity in Student Accommodation, being the main bulk of work at present.
