Electrical/Mechanical Design Engineer
Overview
Two vacancies in the Electrical Design and Mechanical Design teams respectively. Your new company An industry leader in building solutions services seeks both an Electrical Design Engineer and a Mechanical Design Engineer for their Edinburgh office. Your new role Your new role as part of the design team will entail work on buildings that hold primarily commercial and office uses. You will be involved of all parts of the design process, beginning with concepts, specification writing and detail drawings, through to delivery and installation on site. You will also need to be up-to-date with the latest software programs such as AutoCAD and others. What you'll need to succeed You'll need to have experience as either a Mechanical or Electrical Design Engineer, and be hold a minimum HNC/HND in a relevant subject. As well as this, good written and verbal communication is vital due to the collaborative nature of the role. Excellent time management skills and organisational skills are equally important, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Most importantly, you will have a positive attitude and must be able to adapt to new ideas. What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary, plus benefits.
