Overview
My client are one of the capitals largest property service groups who have been established since the 1970’s. With a team of over 700 staff and a network of 60 branches across the Capital. They require a fully CeMap qualified Mortgage Consultant to join their team based in South West London. Specific duties include: Be responsible for every aspect of the mortgage process - you will search the market to find the most suitable mortgage products, conduct professional client fact finds and assess the Clients’ financial, mortgage and protection needs The accurate preparation of all case information, ensuring documentation is complete and submitted to the operations team in accordance with minimum operating standards To answer queries and questions from clients and work colleagues as they arise Build relationships with clients and introducer's To portray a professional image to internal and external customers at all times This role is paying a fantastic basic salary of up to £40,000 with excellent earning potential. You MUST be fully CeMAP qualfified with experience as a Mortgage Broker to apply to this role.
