They have been advising their clients on residential and commercial property for over 40 years and have built a strong and successful reputation in the market. As a company, they deal with a large amount of high profile introducers and High Net Worth clients. They are looking for driven and ambitious CeMap qualified Mortgage consultants with a passion to succeed within a career in the Mortgage Industry to work in their lively, modern offices based in London. Key accountabilities include; Be responsible for every aspect of the mortgage process - you will search the market to find the most suitable mortgage products, conduct professional client fact finds and assess the clients’ financial, mortgage and protection needs. Attain the highest standards of regulatory compliance, and in return will give you unparalleled access to products across the whole of market available to intermediaries as well as exclusive mortgage offerings, a supportive and collaborative working environment, plus comprehensive training and development. Building relationships with clients and introducers are capable of making a contribution towards personal sales targets They are paying up to £35,000 on a basic salary for experienced Mortgage Brokers plus an excellent commission/bonus scheme with a fantastic OTE. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading brokerage with growth plans and a proven track record. This would also be a fantastic opportunity for Mortgage Advisers working within a Banking environment to expand their knowledge within a Whole of Market mortgage advisory role.
