Overview

Report to: Transport Supervisor Deeside Unit 2 Hours : Monday - Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm/09.00am - 18.00pm however you will be expected to be flexible to suit the job requirements and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Experience of planning deliveries to the customers RDC’s both full loads and groupage Liaising with the customers, Customer Service Teams regarding planning of shop deliveries and uplifts Building relationships with the Customer RDC’s and Sub Contractor Hauliers Maintain and update timings and reason codes for claused / late deliveries on WMS Liaise with Customer RDC’s to communicate any late deliveries Compile daily reports and send to the customer Create positive working relationship with both internal and external customers Essential Qualities: Excellent geographical knowledge Experience of Microsoft software packages in particular Excel would be advantageous Able to adapt to change Able to communicate at all levels both verbally and written Accurate and a real attention to detail Capable of working well under pressure Have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise tasks Have the ability to identify, suggest and implement improvements Be willing to take responsibility and accountability Highly motivated If you meet the criteria above and are interested in and use to working in a fast paced organisation then click apply now and joinourwinningteam
