Overview
Commercial Property Lawyer An award winning, Legal 500 law firm with offices across Somerset and Dorset seek to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Taunton office. Working within a friendly and supportive team you will be required to undertake a broad range of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to; sales and purchases, lease work, options and overages, purchasing of development land, partnership agreements and negotiating and drafting contracts. Business development is a key part of this role, so attending networking events to build relationships with local organisations on behalf of the firm and department is essential. The successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with 2 yrs PQE. You will be ambitious to progress your career and be able to work well within a team.
