Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a Top 200 UK law firm based in Taunton. The successful candidate will be between 2 and 4 years’ PQE with specific Corporate Commercial experience gained within a reputable law firm. This role would suit an ambitious and highly motivated Solicitor who has the energy and drive to grow the commercial contracts offering along with the wider corporate commercial work. Responsibilities: As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will deal with a range of corporate and commercial matters to include; business and company sales and purchases, reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and articles of association, business finance, company purchase of own shares, confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements, trading terms and conditions, franchise agreements, distribution agreements You will run your own caseload with minimal supervision You will undertake business development activities and also attend marketing events Requirements: You will be a qualified Solicitor with between 2 and 4 years’ PQE gained within a Corporate Commercial team The ideal candidate will also have both IP and IT experience, but this is not essential You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal You will have strong client care skills and the ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with both colleagues and clients If you are a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between 2 and 4 years’ PQE and this sounds like the perfect position for you, please get in touch with Sophia Damshenas today.
