The firm is searching for an experienced corporate & commercial solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE to join the team in Taunton. Here you will inherit an extensive client base, consisting of both local and national businesses and often well-known names. As a corporate & commercial solicitor, you will enjoy working autonomously, however more senior solicitors are always available to offer support. Where appropriate you will also be involved in the guidance and development of a more junior solicitor. Your caseload will include IP & IT, commercial contracts, business set up/planning/compliance, mergers & acquisitions and regulatory matters. You will ideally have at least one year of relevant experience gained from another reputed firm. In-house lawyers looking to progress within private practice should get in touch.
