£40,000 - £42,000 p/a | Full-Time Days - Fully Supernumerary | Outstanding Nursing Home | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered | Focusing on Clinical Management One of Devon’s leading elderly and dementia nursing homes is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to work as Clinical Deputy Manager on a permanent basis. The home is rated Outstanding by CQC and offers a fantastic environment for older people living with a range of clinical and personal care needs. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Nurse Clinical Deputy Manager role and what the home is offering: A full-time, permanent contract working fully supernumerary day shifts A great annual salary in the region of £40,000 to £42,000 depending on experience 6 weeks annual leave A fantastic working environment in a very well-run home As Clinical Nurse Deputy Manager, you will focus on managing the clinical services in the home and will participate in resident assessments and care planning along with coordinating the day to day clinical management of the home, leading the care and nursing teams and supporting the Registered Manager with maintaining regulatory compliance and conducting audits and supervisions. What we are looking for in a Clinical Deputy Manager: NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN and Learning Disabilities/RNLD will all be considered Demonstrate previous and recent experience working in a managerial role within a UK elderly nursing home setting, with a proven track record of success Have good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to the care home sector, and confident coordinating clinical services to meet and exceed all statutory requirements Passionate about delivering a high-quality clinical service which meets the holistic needs of residents For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
