Overview
An OISC regulated immigration service firm is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Immigration Consultant to join their dynamic and friendly office in the City. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills in English and Mandarin and have previous work experience in the UK immigration system. Unfortunately, the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship SALARY : £25 -£35K LOCATION : West London TYPE : Permanent, Full time START : ASAP HOUR : 9am - 6pm CORE DUTIES Manage EC, FLR and ILR applications under Tier 1 Investor, Entrepreneur, Tier 2; Tier 2 Sponsor License, Family Member, EEA, British Citizenship and other UK Inbound immigration applications Keep up to date with the UK Immigration Rules and Policy changes, prepare application bundles according to the latest Immigration Law Provide ultra-professional service to the firm's corporate and private clients on a wide range of UK immigration inquiries Advise on immigration issues and communicate with potential clients Assist the company director with general running and growth of the highly successful professional-service firm IDEAL CANDIDATE Proficient in speaking and written in English and Mandarin Must have 1 year work experience in a UK legal firm Extremely detail-oriented and able to work with strict deadlines Handle clients’ queries in a professional and timely manner Highly analytical, results driven, ability to solve problems Self-starter, a self-imposed drive to seek improvement in oneself and the team Strong academic track record, background in law is preferred but not necessary Able to work in central London and happy to work in a small team If your application is successful, you will be contacted within 2 days.
