Talent/Recruitment Coordinator Location: London Talent/Recruitment Coordinator required by a leading Fortune 100 brand and globally renowned fuel distributor This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised individual with a passion for HR to join a lean HR team that supports an EMEA wide workforce in excess of 1500 people. The Talent/Recruitment Coordinator will provide day to day support on a wide range of talent acquisition activity, ensuring talent is recruited as quickly and cost effectively as possible into the business. The role holder will project manage a portfolio of roles to help the assigned Internal Recruiters deliver the best possible talent as quickly and cost effectively as possible. This will be achieved through project managing all interview co-ordination (telephone, video conference and face to face) and ad hoc candidate sourcing and project work as required. Responsibilities Support to the Recruitment Manager with all recruitment queries Candidate management and interview and assessment coordination for Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Managing and supporting recruiters with: Interview scheduling Ensure all job descriptions and business cases are uploaded onto the in-house HR system for business approval. Ad hoc support in conducting interviews on behalf of the Internal Recruiters during times of increased volume. Issuing candidates assessments Support in recruitment and process development/improvement Drive internal redeployment through creative marketing of vacancies. Ad hoc support on reporting as and when required by the Recruitment Manager Ad hoc support in delivering EMEA wide interview training Candidate sourcing and resourcing in support of a team of Recruiters as and when required Researching and identifying active and passive candidates and communicating relevant WFS opportunities. The Individual A strong interest in recruitment and wider HR is essential and a desire to build a career in internal recruitment and eagerness to be involved in wider HR initiatives. Experience gained in a recruitment coordination/administration role is essential. Work experience gained as a Recruitment Researcher/Resourcer and experience of using Recruitment job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive and active candidates is highly desirable. Undergraduate/Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA, etc.) is highly desirable, preferably in the field of Human Resources. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Strong organisation and time management skills are essential. Willingness to work on multiple projects that come from working in a lean, international and multi skilled team. Experience of working within a lean international HR team is essential.
