Overview

Job Title: Office Based Mortgage Broker Location: West London Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: P782348MBMC Remuneration: To £25,000 basic, OTE £50,000 - £70,000 Overview: An independently owned directly authorised Mortgage Brokers who possess strong links with Estate Agents in the West London area require a Mortgage Broker to deal with the large amount of leads being generated on a day to day basis. Main Duties: Our client is an independently owned Mortgage Brokers who have very strong links to small Estate Agency offices in the West London area, require an experienced Mortgage Broker to deal with the leads being generated on a day to day basis. You will deal with 10-15 appointments per week and targeted to sign up 2-3 mortgages per week, dealing with mortgages with a loan size of £350k - £400k and a case size of £2,000 - £2,500. As this role is directly authorised the successful Mortgage Broker will have access to the whole of market for mortgages and a panel of 6-10 for protection. In return you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 plus 10% of all business banked for the first £10k per month, £15% thereafter. The average mortgage size is £350k - £400k and case size is £2,000 - £2,500, based on these figures the broker will earn an additional £200 - £500 (£28,000 - £48,000) per annum on top of the basic salary. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from experienced fully qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisors who possess a good track record of providing regulated Mortgage and Protection advice and have the CeMAP, CF1 and CF6 or MAQ.
