Home Based - to cover UK & Scandinavia Actively recruiting for a proven Sales Manager/Brand Ambassador with branded lingerie/intimates experience. You will be responsible for the development and expansion of two established lingerie brands into the UK and Scandinavia. International Sales Manager – The Job Description Budget planning and sales responsibility for assigned region for two brands. Definition of market strategies : to introduce/develop sales in new region, and to maintain existing business/turnover Liaise between online/offline sales departments Participation in International Sales Meetings and Collection/Selection Meetings Direct key account management – seasonal presentations, annual reviews and strategy meetings Organisation and attendance at International Trade Fairs Co-ordinate and align sales and marketing activities with respective countries Monitor and control of sales promotions, launch activities, shop-in-shop openings Follow up order and delivery management, backlog processing, payment issues and coordination of logistics with appropriate departments Preparation of various reports, analyses and comments on sales activity, market and competitor commentaries Ensure lines of open communication with internal teams (Europe based) for customer service, sales logistics, financial accounting etc. International Sales Manager –The Person Specification Ideal applicant will have 5 years experience within similar senior, national or international Sales Manager position. Branded lingerie, intimates, nightwear or loungewear experience is essential. Proven sales success across omni channels: independent & specialist stockists, store groups, retail chains and online retail etc To demonstrate good product knowledge and understanding of competitive marketplace Experience of bringing brands to market; define market strategy to maintain existing business, and focus on new business Customer orientated with a high level of professionalism Confident communicator, strong negotiation and presentation skills To travel regularly within the UK, Scandinavia and European Head Office Second European language would be advantageous.
