Where you will be working Location : School House, School Walk, Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, TW16 6RB Join the team at School House, providing support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours. You will help support people at School House as part of their care pathway, promoting social inclusion through meaningful community engagement. Residents are supported to develop social networks and engage in a range of activities to live purposeful lives.
