Overview
Multinational computer hardware company requires a Tri-lingual English/German and Italian speaking person to provide support to their customers in Europe. I am looking for an enthusiastic individual with the following skills: At least 1 years’ experience working in a technical telephone support / customer service environment Experience using Social platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Youtube Team player but able to work alone Able to stay calm in a stressful situation Experience with Microsoft operating systems and a preferably working knowledge of Computer Networks and PC hardware. A strong focus on customer service is essential as is speaking fluent in English German and Italian. £22-24,000 Benefits Middlesex, South West London
