Overview
Partnered with a fast-growth benefits consultancy practice in their search for an Associate Director to join their London office. This business has recently experienced a lot of positive change and are now keen to recruit an established Consultant who will drive business standards even further. Operating in a client-facing capacity, you will tasked with managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, holistically consulting on benefits management of DC pensions, group risk, healthcare and flex. Manage a portfolio of large, key clients across the full employee benefits suite Develop relationships with existing clients, arranging meetings to fact-find and consult on market trends and align benefits Working with the senior management team to ensure business objectives are achieved Identify opportunities within own and wider team portfolio to to cross sell and promote other services Build relationships with internal support team to assist with market reviews, recommendation reports, re-broking, provider relationships and support with client management Attend relevant industry events to network and promote the proposition What we're searching for: Experience gained within the Broker/intermediary channel; directly servicing and working with businesses and holistically consulting on benefits management Must have experience dealing with corporate clients (3000 lives and above) Experience in retaining and developing key client portfolios Proven track record of driving growth through internal channels and existing portfolio Able to demonstrate knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace through employment Technical background across pensions, group risk, healthcare and flex Track record of delivering against agreed income and client-development targets Self-starting individual, who's able to generate, progress, consult and close on new business opportunities Excellent commercial awareness and industry knowledge Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
