Job Title: Maintenance Manager Salary: £30k-£40k Location: Wembley My client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their vibrant team, based in Wembley. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a large property company / Landlord in maintaining their entire property portfolio, as well as leading an in-house/external maintenance team. This role is for someone who is both passionate and thrives in a fast-paced environment acting like the owner of the business and effectively stepping into the shoes of the Landlord. You should have experience in the following areas: - Carpentry / plumbing / electrician skills: - Painting, decorating, flooring, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, basic electrics. - Lock fitting, carpentry, removals, flat pack furniture, general maintenance & repairs. - Dealing with adhoc problems and unforeseeable situations - Planning routine and reactive maintenance - Carrying out property inspections both planned and adhoc - Ensuring properties are well maintained and costs are well controlled - Familiar with local authority licensing requirements Attributes: - Efficient - Hardworking
