The role We partner with Lumesse and use their SaaS based solution - Talentlink - to underpin the delivery of our RPO and MSP solutions As a result of our growing Client base, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Support Advisor to manage the day-to-day running of our primary operational system - Lumesse Talentlink. Based in Manchester and reporting into the Systems Consultant, your role will be to act as Talentlink operational support to the Client Services, Resourcing Delivery, Onboarding & Payroll Teams As a Systems Support Advisor you will develop into becoming an expert in the Talentlink technology solution as well as other technologies that we partner with or develop to enhance the service we deliver to our Clients. Key accountabilities With support from the Systems Consultant, manage day-to-day maintenance and running of our operations systems, predominantly Talentlink First point of contact for system queries, provide support to internal teams, client users and external agency supplier users Maintain timesheet functionality, ensuring contractors can enter timesheets and appropriate client contacts can authorise Work alongside the Systems Consultant to set up new clients, new users and agency suppliers, ensuring correct configuration prior to going live Monitor internal users system task lists and provide guidance where required to encourage completion of tasks in a timely manner Support the Systems Consultant with the maintenance of system documentation; procedures, configuration settings, deployment guides and training materials. Skills & experience You'll combine a customer service outlook with a keen interest in systems and analytical approach to solving problems logically; ideally combined with having worked in recruitment Have a deep knowledge of systems support and systems administration allied with excellent organisational and time management skills Through tactful, articulate and empathetic communication both in person and over the telephone Reviewing, analysing and manipulating data to present clear and concise management information reports Draw on your experience of reviewing, documenting and enhancing processes and procedures Being first rate in excel, MS Word and ideally highly competent in Visio and Powerpoint
