Overview
We are working with a fabulous small company based in the Vale of Glamorgan within very easy reach of Cardiff. This client has grown to a level where they now feel it's time to recruit an experienced HR professional on a one day a week basis. This successful business has no immediate growth plans or change initiatives planned over the next 12-24 months, but they want to ensure that they have a robust HR service for their employees that are at the heart of everything they do. In this exciting new role, your duties will include: Reviewing the HR policies that are in place, improving and updating policies where necessary Reviewing the handbook and making improvements reviewing and recommending employee engagement initiatives and well-being initiative Being main point of contact for HR matters when in the office providing HR advice and guidance to senior leaders in the business This work could work well if you're already in a part time role and looking to build up your hours or if you're a HR consultant who would enjoy working one day a week in a stable and successful business.
