Here's one for all the quality managers / qa managers out there We are working with one of the UK's biggest and best food manufacturers based in the Peterborough. Their delicious products are a staple in any household and they are looking to add to their senior team Are you an ambitious and successful quality manager / qa manager with experience in the food manufacturing industry? If yes then keep reading, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for Our client is looking for a quality manager / qa manager to work directly with their customers who are major UK retailers. This role will need the successful candidate to be an expert in the product and systems and be a key contact for the customer on all quality issues. As quality manager / qa manager you will also be responsible for: Ensure customer specifications are adhered to. To manage business and customer expectations in terms of communicating and championing product. To provide the technical team with customer facing and supplier facing support as required. Provide reports and quality updates to customer technical and commercial teams. Provide reports and quality updates to internal and external customer teams. Cover other products as and when required. Customer facing on all matters from the above in relation to the customer and Quality. Supply base communication across all aspects of Quality. Cover other products as and when required. Be the main point of contact for all Quality related questions, complains or alterations in relation to the customer account. As quality manager / qa manager you will be a key member of the technical team. You must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and have worked in the food manufacturing industry. Experience of working with UK retailers such as MS, Sainsburys, Co-op, Waitrose, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl would be very much preferred.
