Cada Pequeña Ayuda - Every Little Helps This is a brand new role where you'll be based in a brand new purpose-built site created for your number one customer, Tesco. The company you will be representing is on a growth curve, investing heavily in new sites and state-of-the-art kit, along with long-term commitment from the major Retailers means big career opportunities for you too. You're the Quality Account Manager, going above and beyond to proactively manage exacting quality standards. Working in a true partnership with Tesco Technical and Commercial teams, this is very much a stand-alone role where you will own the account. You're used to working at a fast pace, which is essential as the amount of fresh produce travelling through the factory from intake to despatch is huge. A linear production process means lots of cross-functional collaboration and an opportunity to track the quality throughout the factory lifecycle. Leading site audits, championing product quality, communicating with growers and Tesco suppliers, as well as the gatekeeper of the Quality manual and systems, the buck really does stop with you. With that comes the autonomy and satisfaction of delivering to the highest Quality standards. Will need to have: HACCP level 3 Occupational qualifications Retailer specifications and compliance, ideally Tesco BRC internal auditing qualification/lead auditor Technical experience Full driving licence Nice to have: Spanish language fluent or intermediate Experience of dealing with growers So if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have some great examples of the required experience let's talk. click to send your CV and I'll be in touch to tell you more.
