Opportunity for a passionate IT professional to manage support and strategy for our user base - Up to £45,000 IT Support Manager Theale, Berkshire UK Up to £45,000 Benefits Your new role This a perfect job for an aspiring it professional to grow their management, strategic and infrastructure support skills in a diverse and changing environment. You'll join our leadership team and hold responsibility for our IT systems, budget and suppliers. You'll have the autonomy to support a diverse user base, providing technical support and administration to our systems. What you'll need to succeed Your background of 2nd line support in a diverse and changing environment will lead to your success. Alignment with ITIL and an approach of continually improving will help you greatly in your role as you undertake technical projects. Your technical expertise will cover Wintel based infrastructure including good knowledge of Server, O365 and MS Exchange.
