Our office in Theale is just over a year old, and due to extensive growth we are looking for trainee recruiters to join the team The Role Sourcing - Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, our database and referrals Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues Networking - building own relationships, candidates and clients Training and Development Learning & Development is at the heart of our business - your personalised training plan starts during the interview phase - designed to support you throughout.
