Group Financial Accountant - Mergers and Acquisitions Accountant - ACA - PWC - Deloitte - KPMG - EY - £55,000 Your new company A fantastic and growing business based in the heart of Beaconsfield is sourcing 2 bright and driven ACA qualified accountants to join their FTSE business. After posting healthy year end figures, they have added to their leadership team by recruiting a fantastic Finance Director who is looking to drive the business to another level. To do this, they would like to bring 2 people on board who they can develop in to becoming future leaders. Your new role Group Financial Accountant Behind every good business is a strong and focused operations team. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Control, Forecasting and Operations, the primary focuses of the Group Accountant role are to ensure financial preparation in support of the day-to-day operation, accurate and timely management information to internal stakeholders of the Group as scheduled in the monthly financial cycle and to support the needs of the business. Mergers & Acquisitions Accountant As a Mergers & Acquisitions Accountant role, you will support the leadership and commercial teams in identifying and securing acquisitions that will drive the growth of the business. Supporting with Analysis, Due Diligence and business cases, this role will be central to any proposals made to the board. Being a business that is build on its acquired sites, you would see the rewards of the work you put in. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in securing an interview this role you will meet the criteria below - ACA Qualified Accountant in the last 4 years - Trained within a Top 20 Firm - Driven to develop and grow within Finance - 2.1 or above degree within a professional degree - Live within a 20 mile radius of Beaconsfield What you'll get in return Although the business needs someone who will work hard, it prides itself on it fantastic working culture.
