Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are currently representing a successful business based on the outskirts of Reading, seeking a Group Trainer to join their successful team. My client is seeking a candidate who has worked within Social Care before as a Trainer and been a support worker at same point as you would be able to get the ground running and support the new and existing team. Duties will include: Deliver all the company's induction and mandatory training. Deliver other training programs, I.e. Manual Handling, Infection Control, COSH and much more Delivery a consistent delivery of training and maintain a high standard. Attending regular meeting with all the training departments Following training and ensure that attendances records and certificates are produce Working from home once a month. Creating training programs Training to different homes within the local area Working within a team
