FPSG, working in close partnership with a leading Commercial Law Firm in Scotland, have a unique opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's office in Edinburgh city centre. Arising as part of continued success from a wide ranging client base boasting long-term relationships, our client is looking to expand their Commercial Property division by appointing a Commercial Property Solicitor who is ambitious, driven & looking for an unrivalled opportunity to accelerate their career to a senior level. Role Responsibilities As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will join a team that undertakes a wide range of commercial property work which would include (but not limited to): Dealing with commercial transactions (acquisitions, disposals & Scottish elements of cross border transactions). Advising on a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including real estate financial transactions & leasing. Direct contact and responsibility for managing existing client relationships under the support and guidance of the Divisions highly experienced Partners. Person Specification As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have demonstrable experience within a commercial property role (either during Traineeship or post-qualification). Our client is looking to bring on board a professional who has a keen interest in commercial property with strong communication skills & a real attention to detail in carrying out complex & high value work. Ideally, you will have 1-3 years PQE experienced however, if you are newly qualified with experience in commercial property & are looking to specialise in this sector this role would be a great opportunity.
