Overview
We are looking for a junior-level Contracts Supervisor to join our clients thriving business in Surrey We want someone who has experience in either the construction, install or air conditioning industry and is hungry and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Our client has been leading the way in the services industry for the last 40 years and is offering an excellent package for the right candidate as well as working with a fun and friendly team. As the Contracts Supervisor/ Installation Supervisor you will manage sites and projects, engineers and have client liaison responsibility. The role will be office based circa 2 days in Surrey and the remaining days based on-site on projects. This would suit an experienced Engineer looking for progression into a Supervisors position or someone looking to step up to a Supervisors role who has plumbing, air-con or construction experience. They have ongoing contracts and projects with some of London’s most prestigious buildings which includes Tower 42, the Shard and the Gherkin Building to name a few. Day to day: Offer engineering advice and technical support with small works, commissioning and installations. Working off technical drawings and CAD drawings. Assisting with delivering projects on time. Providing technical support to engineers for air conditioning and chiller replacements.
