Overview

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to work for a client of ours based in Birmingham. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts professional who can come in and hit the ground running. This is a full time temporary position for 4 - 6 weeks. Our client is a well established business who are going through a busy period and therefore require a extra pair of hands to help out in their accounts department. They offer free onsite parking, modern open plan offices and and an early finish on Fridays. Main duties will include - Daily posting and allocation of cash transactions into the company accounting software - Process, pay and posting of monthly staff expenses - Matching, batching and coding purchase and sales ledger invoices - Carry out administrative tasks associated to your role - Process payments runs - Cash allocation - Data entry My client is ideally looking for experienced candidates who are Proficient in Microsoft packages, and SAGE 50 accounting software, you will have good written and communication skills, the ability to have attention to detail and prioritise tasks, you must be able to work as part as a team as well as independently and must have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
