Our delightful, friendly and extraordinarily passionate client have a new vacancy for a Customer Experience Team Member to join the existing team. The primary aim of the role is to be dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis and creating new and innovative ways to help develop the business. As an integral part of the Team, you will actively engage by phone, email and at events with a wide range of business customers to understand and support their needs. This is an extremely varied role and there will be lots of things to do, tasks to complete, people to see, conversations to be had and relationships to be built every day. It’s certainly a varied and interested role You must be confident with communicating with everyone everywhere, be a natural problem solver whilst being proactive and an ambassador to the business You will have account management experience and be comfortable in a proactive and reactive environment working within a B2B type business.
