Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us in our Norwich office. This position is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week. In this role you will provide first class customer service to our customers that purchase domestic heating oil from Certas Energy. You will support our sales teams in maximising customer retention, and deal with customer queries and complaints. Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will resolve inbound customer queries and ensure customer data is kept up to date to improve efficiencies and reduce queries. In order to enable us to continuously improve, you will pro-actively call customers to review our service delivery. We recruit sales people to sell our fuel, oils and lubricants as well as drivers to deliver the products to our customers who may be individual home owners, farmers, small or large businesses Also essential to our business are our management teams and colleagues within, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Health and Safety and Legal. In addition, we have a dedicated team of service engineers who work within Team Energy.
