Customer Service Sales Adviser - £20k - £21.5k basic, depending on exp. commission Norwich NR7 Branch - Join our small friendly team You will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships. SALES Advisor - Taking INBOUND CALLS regarding customer orders & making Outbound calls, Building relationships with clients, processing orders, cross selling, advising of new servicesUsing MS Office to complete relevant Admin Speaking to clients who are placing orderstaking order details & book in delivery etcTo include all aspects of account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently responding to customer inquiries. You will need a Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Join this small friendly team Great commission & prospects full time
