Programme Test Manager Hands on Automation - FTSE 250
Overview
I am currently looking for an experienced Programme Test Manager with strong hands on automation experiene, to join a FTSE 250 firm based in London. The role will be a contract or perm role, and will be working on a brand-new project within the business. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the E2E test planning, strategy, monitoring, control and delivery of the testing activities and tasks within the programme Test new applications and changes for several key applications Will involve the management/ hands on of testing physical machines Managing multiple testing teams in within a large organisation Work closely with internal/external stakeholders, product/ project managers, development teams, service owners or IT delivery management teams Prioritise several deliverables, whilst dealing with other priorities Accountable for all Functional and Non-Functional Test phases Accountable for monitoring/reporting progress of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies of testing Recommend the appropriate tools and identify areas that are suitable for automation and manual Essential skills/ experience Experienced Programme Test Manager Experience managing the overarching design, development and delivery of large-scale testing engagements across a broad range of platforms and business areas Strong hands on automation experience Hands on and management experience testing physical machines (integration) Prior experience managing E2E testing of multiple applications in unison Strong experience managing large teams (automation and manual) Strong understanding of the SDLC Experience dealing with conflicts within teams Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies Contract / Perm Location- London Rate - £475 - £575 p/d Salary - £80,000 - £90,000 If you feel like you are a strong match for my requirements and would like to find out some more details, please send me over an updated copy of CV and I will get back in touch.
