Overview

An established organisation is seeking a customer service professional to join its team based in Llandudno. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within the housing industry. In the role of Customer Service Advisor you will be: Acting as first point of contact for all customer enquiries which will include telephone, email, letter and face to face enquiries Assisting customer with payment plans, housing advise and booking service appointments Managing the filing system and general office administration including data inputting To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor you must have: Strong customer service and administration skills The ability to communicate in English and Welsh (Level 3) - Advantage Previous experience working in an office and customer focused environment Good IT and organisational skills This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) 35 hours per week role on a temporary basis of initially 1 month based in Llandudno on a salary of £11.98 per hour plus holidays.
