Overview

This company is not a typical lender; they are a Social Enterprise that provides access to affordable credit for people who are unable to obtain credit from mainstream banks. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for embedding this customer's experience by offering outstanding service through all of your interactions. Your typical duties will includes managing customers enquires, processing loan applications and managing your own customer loan book. You will need to have excellent customer service experience; previous work within financial services would be advantageous. You will also need to be good at communicating with customers, have the ability to learn new skills quickly and be empathetic in your approach. You will need to be a motivated self-starter, who is comfortable working autonomously and within a team; and is someone with a hands on approach and is willing to get involved at all levels to support the organisations objectives.
