Role: IT Support Engineer Location: Kings Lynn Salary: £18k-£22k Are you a 1st Line Support Engineer looking for a new challenge or to progress yourself within a fast growing company? I am working with a business who are intent on building on their success over the course of the last few years by adding an IT Support Engineer to their team. The successful candidate will be working on technical issues involving Microsoft s core operating systems. I am looking for a confident and customer focused individual who has: Excellent knowledge of operating systems and hardware issues A strong understanding of 1st Line Support The core technology environment you would have the opportunity to be involved with and further learn & upskill would include: Active Directory Microsoft Desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Microsoft Server operating systems Hyper-V and VMWare Networking protocols Installations, configurations and upgrades You must also hold a full UK driving license as travel to client sites may be required.
