We have opportunities within our Orthopaedic Theatre team for dedicated individuals to join us and make a difference. In particular, you will support our approach to clinical excellence by taking every opportunity to learn and develop your skills and competence in every aspect of peri-operative care. Our multi skilled teams work together, developing strong working relationships through respect and integrity to deliver exceptional results. We employ a dedicated Clinical Facilitator to support the skills of our Orthopaedic staff through a range of training and education initiatives. All new staff will have bespoke training and development plans with regular review meetings to support progress. As post holder you will; * Work as a competent member of the team, supporting the philosophy of multi-skilling and integration of theatre personnel. * Be an accountable practitioner, taking every opportunity to sustain and improve knowledge and professional competence in all aspects of peri-operative care. * Undertake a full range of theatre duties appropriate to the specialty by providing skilled assistance in the anaesthetic and surgical role. * Display a professional attitude by developing and maintaining good working relationships, communication and teamwork with all disciplines, both within the Department and with other relevant Departments in the Trust.
