Dawsongroup truck and trailer ltd Rental Controller Dawsongroup truck and trailer ltd is part of Dawsongroup plc , a national provider of commercial vehicle rental and contract hire solutions, operating from a network of strategically positioned depots across the UK. Key features of this role are: Ensuring the fleet is prepared to the highest standards Overseeing accurate and detailed vehicle inspections Liaising with Dawsongroup’ s staff at all levels at various locations and departments Coordinating deliveries and collections Completing accurate customer charge invoices Managing MOT schedules and managing the preparation of pre-booked trucks & trailers The ideal candidate will: Hold a full UK driving licence Be able to work towards deadlines and targets Demonstrate good communication and administration skills Have experience within a customer service environment knowledge of asset rental, distribution or transport would be advantageous Dawsongroup plc is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to the continuous improvement and satisfaction of our employees, and as such, training and ongoing development are readily available, as well as a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package .
