Overview
Accounts Payable Clerk - London An international retail brand are seeking an Accountant Payable Clerk for a 2 month contract starting immediately. In this role they are looking for a candidate with a 1-2 years experience who is keen to develop their accounting knowledge. However personality and culture is a massive part of the job so they are looking for a friendly, approachable person who has the willingness to learn. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop relations with media owners, to provide exceptional customer service Matching media owner invoices to the relevant media booking Processing over 750 purchase invoices per month onto the accounting system Prepare invoices for payment twice a month Monitor the accrual ledger Producing account reconciliations for each supplier Liaising with the internal administration and billing teams to resolve invoice queries Required: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in finance Good communication skills Exposure with dealing with high volumes of invoices Proficient excel skills with a willingness to contribute to additional duties Please quote job ref JSM16901896 when applying for this role
