Sous Chef Fresh Food Pub Hourly Pay Live In A country pub located in a village in the outskirts of York is recruiting for a Sous Chef Role: A family run country pub offering menus featuring modern and traditional pub dishes is seeking a Sous Chef to work in the small team of chefs.The pub is a popular dining venue but is always seeking to improve the standards in order to further build its reputation in the local area.As there is a small kitchen team you will be expected to be capable of working on all sections cooking with all fresh ingrdients but as this is a Sous Chef role you will also be required to run the kitchen when required. Requirements: A Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef with a CV that shows stability in your previous roles is required for this role.It is important that you can work well within a small, friendly team of chefs who work hard to showcase their cooking abilities.A confident chef who is capable of running service in the absence of the Head Chef is needed.
