A stunning Cotswolds country inn is recruiting for a Chef de Partie role Role: Under new ownership this country inn has a team of three chefs in the kitchen but is seeking a Chef de Partie to work mostly on larder and desserts initially.The country inn is seeking to increase levels of business by focusing on offering good quality pub classics alongside seasonal dishes with the kitchen working with high quality, local ingredients including plenty of game during the season.This is a great role for a Chef de Partie who wishes to join an ambitious team in a property that is receiving a lot of investment at present. Requirements: The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie with a good quality, fresh food background where you have gained plenty of experience on both pastry and larder.The ability to work well under pressure within a small team of chefs is a kitchen with high standards is essential.
